Today I visited my mother and her husband in the garden. And of course, I had my 40mm lens with me. I saw this chain on a workbench and since I like metal things, I took a photo. I really love this lens a lot, because it makes me shoot very different photos compared to what I’ve done previously. I can now take close-up photos of things again, that was something I liked to do with my point-and-shoot camere back then, or with my phones where minimum focus distance has not been a huge issue. And it isn’t with the Nikon 40mm either.
