I wish you all a very happy new year. I did spend time with my mother, my cousin, her baby, her boyfriend and a friend of my cousin. We didn’t do much except eating and talking. It was a calm new year’s eve for us but we went outside around midnight to watch the loud and colorful fireworks. What did you do? Here are some smartphone shots of the fireworks…
We’ll watch TV until the ball drops in Times Square. I hope these 20s are better than the last time around when we were recovering from WW1 so we could be ready for WW2/
We did that too. There was a TV channel with a concern and they played Spanish flamenco. Pretty cool. Uhh, on my way back home there was so much sulfur in the air that it was hard to breathe or see things further than 10 meters away. It looked a lot like WW1… thought I need a gas mask, horrible taste in my airways. Will upload an image of the foggy sulfur air later or in a few days. Shows the hypocrisy… for the climate, let’s blow all this crap into the air. 😀 Humans are funny. At least I saved money… didn’t shoot a single rocket nor did I purchase any firecrackers. Just took pictures of the stuff which was shot into the air by those hypocrites. xD
Come well into the new year Marilyn. Wish you and your family all the best!
Gott nytt år, greetings from Sweden 🙂
