Four Seasons but Autumn above all!

When I say “Four Seasons but Autumn above all!” then I mean that I like spring, summer and winter but autumn is really one of my favorite seasons. People sometimes think that I am crazy if I say this. But I do not understand why so much people dislike autumn. I like autumn probably so much because I am born in October. Ok that would be the superstition version of the answer. But more precisely I would say that I love rainy days. It is so cool to be in a warm place and listen to the raindrops on the … Continue reading Four Seasons but Autumn above all!

Weekly Photo Challenge: Saturated

This is my entry to the Weekly Photo Challenge: Saturated. It´s my kitty Shyna again. You know I love her so much, and take tons of photos with her! 🙂 I amplified the contrast and saturation much so that the image fits to the challenge. I like how the orange and blue blankets appears more powerful now. Also my cats eye´s do appear much more green due to the increased saturation. All the colours look more powerful on the image than before. I should play more often with the saturation of images. Funny how inspiring the Weekly Photo Challenge can … Continue reading Weekly Photo Challenge: Saturated

A sunflower in a garden…

Saw the sunflower above on my way through Lübeck a week ago or so. Since I take photos with my smart phone and since I blog, I can´t really pass by if I see a flower. In my opinion, flowers are really amazing. Even as an amateur photographer like me, you can create great photos. All you need is a good smart phone and some flowers, really. The images will look great, not due to the quality but due to the prettiness of flowers. They do look always great and you can´t do anything wrong. I think it´s art of … Continue reading A sunflower in a garden…

Weekly Photo Challenge: Inside

The photo above is my contribution for the Weekly Photo Challenge: Inside. The motto inside fits to my photo as a wasp should be outside and not inside. The wasp flew into my room and crashed into one window. The wasp did look a little bit dizzy and helpless on the ground. I guess the wasp was not healthy anymore before she found my window… But as I am wasp poison allergic and as I was afraid that my cat could catch the wasp to fetch a sting, I decided to take the wasp to the outside with the help … Continue reading Weekly Photo Challenge: Inside

My cat can open doors!

Cat opens door: Did you know that some cats can open doors? As you can see in the video above, my cat knows how to open doors. You might think that I taught my cat how to open doors but the fact is that she is a self-taught door expert. I have seen this behaviour the first time when she was one year old. I think my cat can open doors because she has a keen perception. When she was young, I noticed several times how she monitored me. She learns pretty fast by watching. And then she tried several … Continue reading My cat can open doors!

How my Cat says Good Morning

Above you can see my cat how she says good morning. Every morning she comes to me to greet me. She is very attached to me and it seems that she is happy about each beginning of a day. Each morning I have to stroke her ears and head and then I hear her meow. In the picture above you can see our morning ritual. 🙂 Continue reading How my Cat says Good Morning
