World of Warcraft Servers: You think you do but you don’t…
This post here is obviously about World of Warcraft. Do you remember when a fan got the microphone during the BlizzCon 2013 and asked the developers of World of Warcraft the legacy servers related question “Have you thought about adding … Continue reading World of Warcraft Servers: You think you do but you don’t…
Walking White Wagtail
I shot so many bird photos when I was in Reinfeld for half a year, that I still didn’t finish to upload them all. But I mentioned this already in other posts and I will continue to work on my backlog. In this post I want to show you a photo that I shot at that time. During a hike, I spotted a white wagtail on the path. I could get quite close. The bird didn’t fly away, it walked with a limp so that I assumed something was wrong with one of the legs and the wings. That poor … Continue reading Walking White Wagtail
Small Alley
We have some very small alleys in the city centre of Lübeck. Most of them are remains of the medieval urban development. I find it difficult to take photos in narrow alleys, but that just because I am always not sure how to frame the scene in this case. I had my Nikon 50mm with me, and when the cat jumped on the junction box, I was glad that it did let me come closer to take this photo. I have a lot of photos of my cat Shyna on this blog, but I am also glad if I can add photos … Continue reading Street Owner
Cut Out Filter Again
Above you can see a photo manipulation again. It’s basically a photo of Reinfeld again, but as in the other picture that I showed you, I added mountains in the background again. The difference is however that I applied a much heavier cut out filter this time. That makes the image look like a digital painting I guess, or like a screenshot of a computer game from the old days. I like that style, because many computer games looked like that back in the days, and I find the style beautiful. It actually reminds me of some of the games … Continue reading Cut Out Filter Again

Introduction Sadly, wordpress.com changed some of the backend features and designs to the worse, but you probably noticed it. Fortunately, there are still workarounds to restore the old editor and to get one of the previous stats pages back. But … Continue reading How To Restore The WordPress 48 Hours Stats Graph
