Import and Export a bunch of specific Articles from one WordPress Blog to the other…

I still have a few other older blogs and last days I decided to export some good articles over to my main blog here. Mainly because the other blogs did not do well anymore anyway. And because there were a few articles which didn´t fit to the niches of the other blogs. But as I mentioned, the blog here is much broader so that many topics fit. Happy Anniversary with WordPress! Cool!

Yesterday when I logged in to my blog, I noticed a “Happy Anniversary” symbol in the WordPress header. It mentioned “Happy Anniversary with WordPress.com!” and “You registered on WordPress.com 2 years ago! Thanks for flying with us. Keep up the good blogging!”. I am really amazed that I am on this blog here already for two years now. I checked out my archive and noticed that I started out pretty slowly the first months in 2011 but I became more interested in blogging 2012. My activity in 2013 looks already fine too. Did you know the “Top Posts & Pages” Widget? I never noticed it! Great Widget for Photography Blogs but not only!

I found something in the WordPress.com Dashboard under “Appearance” and then under “Widgets” which might me interesting for those WordPress.com Users who run their own Blog as a Photography Blog or for those who add Images to their own Blogposts very often. But also for those who just publish Text Content without Images. I found this nifty Widget called “Top Posts & Pages”. You can add it to your Sidebar on your Blog and it will basicly show your Top Posts. You can decide how many Top Blogposts or Top Photoposts the Widget should show. Never thought that I would publish 100 blogposts on this blog. I started this blog sometime ago because I felt bored. But lately I start to pretty much like reading blogs and writing my own articles.
