Above you can see a shot that I have taken during my time in Reinfeld. The landscape was a mix of small forests, fields, fenlands and ponds. I liked it during winter, but when springtime changed the landscape, I was even more impressed. Above is a photo that I shot during a hike near the Wakenitz, a tributary of the Trave River. I like that area because it’s possible to find grey herons and other birds there, but I didn’t have a lot of luck in this area with my Tamron 70-300mm lens. But I still like to walk there, because it’s a beautiful area. So, on my way I found this large house with a thatched roof. Above you can see a small alley or street in the historic district of Lübeck. It’s the most interesting district in our city because there you can still find old construction styles. In other words, you find a lot of buildings with brick stone. First I wanted to upload the photo in color, but it was shot in JPG and the image contained overblown highlights so that I decided to convert it to black and white. Above you can see a small harbour in Niendorf near Timmendorfer Strand at the Baltic Sea. I would almost say that the harbour is cute, because it’s a very little harbour. I don’t like to eat fish, but for anyone else this is probably a good place to get fresh fish. Not only did they sell them in small stalls around the harbour, I also saw a fishing boat that just came in and they had freshly caught fish on board. Above you can see a photo that I shot with my smartphone a long time ago. I made some adjustment and like the artificial or painted look. The photo was taken in Salem near Ratzeburg, a very beautiful place here in Northern Germany as you can see here. Back then when I was younger, I was every weekend there and whenever I had school vacation, because my grandma and grandpa do camp there since a long time.
