Here is just a snapshot I took today. I played guitar for three hours in the afternoon and then I did put it on the couch because I needed a break. When I saw my cat near the Telecaster, I grabbed my camera and took a snapshot. Two days ago I was bored and experimented with my 40mm macro lens. I thought it would be fun to feed my cat Shyna and get a macro close-up photo of her. It was late in the evening and the lights in my living room aren’t exactly bright. So, I did use some high ISO settings. But the result was a photo with dull colors due to the artificial lighting. But as you know, I sometimes hold some images back, either because I want to, or because I don’t have the time to edit and upload them all at the same time. Here is a photo that I really like. I personally think it’s a nice cat portrait and I started to like it a lot after I added some clarity and sharpness. The detail in the fur is now very apparent, especially when you click on the image to see the larger version. It’s a very beautiful cat in my opinion.
