Rest In Peace Uncle


Two weeks ago my uncle came into the hospice and we visited him every day. Today in the morning around 8am he fell asleep and died a peaceful death. Generally, his last weeks have been very peaceful without pain. We told him a lot of nice things, but he couldn’t answer anymore but he did not unlearn how to smile. Things Are Now Tougher


Above is a photo of my cat Shyna that I shot when we temporary moved to Reinfeld to support my uncle who got a brain tumor diagnosis. The photo reminds me of moments when my uncle smiled, because Shyna did apart from me of course, only trust my uncle. In other words, only me and my uncle were allowed to cuddle with her. Happy New Year!


I always visit my family for an hour before the new year starts, but after that I usually visited friends. Well, this time it was very different. I did send my greetings to the friends, but I celebrated only with my family. Today, we all wanted to celebrate with my uncle who got a terrible brain tumor diagnosis some time ago.
