I thought I upload a photo for my food photography category again. My grandma cooked the dish you can see in the picture above. We ate that during Christmas and that’s when I took the picture. I don’t always upload my photos in a timely manner. But I wanted to share it anyway. What you see is a Rinderroulade (Beef Roulade), with potatoes, red cabbage, peas, and carrots. And a tasty sauce! This is also a very common German dish and extremely tasty.
