Blue Peafowl
Here is a photo of a Blue Peafowl (Pavo cristatus). I shot the photo in 2016 when I lived in Reinfeld for a while. The photo looks quite abstract, of course, because it’s a close-up photo of a quite eccentric-looking bird. The photo is not so sharp because it was shot directly through a wire fence and that is also why it looks a little bit foggy. But I still like the photo. Continue reading Blue Peafowl
Duck and Water Reflection
I found this photo in my library and thought it’s a pretty clean close-up shot. I had to push the shadows quite a bit and did other minor adjustments but it was very minimal editing as the RAW file was already pretty good. I am amazed that I haven’t uploaded it earlier, it’s sitting in my library since 2016. But with the number of photos I shot, it’s not a wonder that I skip some for a while. Reinfeld during Winter
Here is a photo that I shot during a Winter in Reinfeld. It’s not the entire town but some houses near the Herrenteich pond, which is frozen and full of snow in the picture. I’ve taken a similar photo when the pond was not frozen but it’s not the same view. I hope you liked the winter picture. I wasn’t too happy with it at first but when I boosted the white colors and after cropping it a little bit better, I thought it looked fantastic. What do you think about the photo?
