Here is a photo that I have taken last month in the evening when it was still bright. I hiked through the small nature spots within the city and saw a beautifully overgrown meadow that got my attention. I then shot a close-up photo of the growing plants. Nature can be so pretty. I took the shot above because I somehow liked the scene. I liked the slope of the field and the tree behind it. And how the electricity grid has its path behind the tree. Since the clouds are so low, it almost looks like I am on a hill, but in reality it’s just Northern German flatland. It seems there is also a deer stand. Above is a photo that I shot somewhere in Lübeck during my hikes. I like the image because it’s somehow framed on a minimalist way. It’s just the beautiful green field in the foreground and a village or district in the background. It’s maybe the line that divides both that makes me like the image. The sky was almost plain blue, but I edited it on a way that you can see the clouds because the plain color was boring. Here is a photo that I shot on my way during the last hike. I saw some fields with sheep, but we have lots of them in Northern Germany. I think they have it good for the time of being because the fields are usually very large, that’s why I wrote “Happy Sheep” in the title. I didn’t do a lot of editing except for some tone changes as usual. I did “mute” the green color a bit to make the sheep become a bit more present in the image. Sometimes I really like minimalism in photography. You can take photos where there are tons of things in the scene, and most often it can be very interesting, but sometimes there are also scenes that are beautiful because there is less.
