In this post, I show you an experimental photo that I shot with my 40mm macro lens. I shot it the day I got the lens and when I wanted to try different things with it. Here is another shot with my 40mm lens. I already shot photos of daisies in the past, but I think it works much better with my 40mm lens now. It was a bit difficult to frame the shot but I don’t think the subjects always have to be completely in the frame. I liked the images as it came out of the camera, I just added a bit of clarity and sharpness. Apart from that I just made it a tiny bit brighter, that’s all. Above you can see a photo of a great tit bird (Parus major). It’s not too difficult to find them where I live. Of course it’s possible to find them in the nature, but sometimes you also spot them in districts of the city. I shot the photo of this bird for example in a town near a front yard of a house. Funny title, right? It’s yet again another photo post and I had no idea what kind of title I could use and came up with this. So, be careful if you stand near the edge of a cliff! I shot the photo near Lübeck, to be more exact between Travemünde and Timmendorfer Strand at the Brodtener cliff coast. This is at the baltic sea and a very beautiful place.
