Tasty Salad

My mother made the salad in the photo at the top. The way it was prepares is kinda unusual. She basically grated the salad but it was an interesting and new experience to eat it like that. The ingredients were lettuce, onions, tomatoes, cucumber, and radish. Putting radish into it was unusual too as I’ve never seen someone in my family preparing it like that. But it was suggested by my mother and I agreed that we should try it out. And yes, it does fit. And it is another new salad photo in my collection on this blog. Continue reading Tasty Salad

Chili Pepper Salad

Here is a photo that I shot when my mother prepared chili pepper salad. Someone from Tunisia inspired my mother to cook it as well and since then we’re enjoying the dish once in a while. It’s not for weak people because the salad contains quite a lot of chili peppers. Apart from that, sliced paprikas, tomatoes, garlic, and onions are used too. Chinese Buffet

Like a month ago, I went into a Chinese Mongolian restaurant again. We decided for the buffet again. I didn’t photograph my first plate as I was hungry and as I filled it diversely to the point that it looked like a mess. But I made more efforts with my second plate and made it look good. I decided for curry rice, a delicious sauce with onions, paprika and string beans and I think it was turkey meat. And mushrooms! I can’t tell you how much I like mushrooms. Tomatoes and Onions

Like the other day, I managed it again to do 4 km today. Yesterday I didn’t manage it but it was quite humid and I gave up after 3 km. But today it was warm but very windy and this is how summers have been here a long time ago. It’s the fresh breeze that makes it acceptable. Tomato Onion Salad

We had a barbecue today in the garden. And as always, my mother prepared a salad as a dessert. This time it was tomato and onion salad. Super fresh and delicious! And since I like to take photos of fresh salads, I shot one this time again. I saw this nice park bench and thought it would be a great background.
