Tasty Bulgur Salad

I like to eat some Turkish and Arabic meals and side dishes. I do for example like Bulgur salad. I have a Turkish fruit dealer around the corner and I know this family since a very long time. Years ago when I bought fruits, she suggested me to try her Turkish Bulgur salad. I said that it would look like Cous Cous and that I really love Cous Cous, but she replied that it would be similar, just still not the same. Alternative Evening Meal Habits

I discovered fresh cheese for myself, I ate similar spread before but the fresh cheese consists of much less fat. Last week I found one with 5% fat content and that alone would be much less fat than a low-fat margarine has. I saw a wraps recipe where fresh cheese with 0.4% fat was mentioned and that’s how I got into this. The lowest I could find in my favorite grocery store was 0.8% and I purchased this one regularly this week. Weekly Photo Challenge: Bridge

The current WordPress Photo Challenge comes with the topic bridge. It’s funny, I really can’t tell you how much bridge photos I shot, I am not even sure why I do that, but I can tell you that I have tons of bridge photos. Beautiful Blossoms

I don’t know when and where exactly I took this photo, but I thought it looks beautiful and I want to have this in my personal online library of photos. As always when I upload a flowery photo, I have no idea what kind of plant this is. I find it much more difficult to research about plants than let’s say animals or birds. Beautiful Grey Heron

Since I started to run, I always try to run routes where I can see a bit of nature.
