Family Kids And The Guitar

When we visited grandma on her birthday in September, there were also some kids of our family. My grandpa has one of my guitars in his rooms as my 12 years old cousin wants to learn guitar. I gave her my guitar to learn. My grandpa was guitarist and singer in a local band years ago and I do play guitar since two decades too. This means she gets support of us. I mention it just as a side line. But on the birthday of grandma, I went with one of the other kids of the family in the room … Continue reading Family Kids And The Guitar

About Homelessness, Poverty And Social Welfare

Today I found a post of a fellow blogger. She was in Melbourne and walked under a bridge and found a bridge pylons where people obviously paid tribute to a person. There were gifts, flowers but also writings on the stone with the word “Mouse”. Please go and read her article. She researched later and found out that Mouse was a homeless man who got stabbed to death. What a sad end, being homeless and then stabbed to death. The homicide alone makes this story already sad but she brings up another good point, it’s terrible that we have homeless … Continue reading About Homelessness, Poverty And Social Welfare

Uncomfortable Feeling With More Than One Blog

I must admit that it feels very uncomfortable to write on more than one blog. It´s like there is a barrage. I really dislike it that I now always have to make the decision where I want to publish my content. I created my other blog to write down my technology stories over there and to swap this subject from this blog to the other one in the future. But to be honest, it gives me an uncomfortable feeling to work in two dashboards and so on. It´s my decision and I could instantly give up to write on the … Continue reading Uncomfortable Feeling With More Than One Blog

Turkish tasty Bulgur Salad

There is a turkish fruit shop and bakery not far away from my appartement. I go shopping there since over five years or maybe more. The prices for fruits and vegetables and other things are pretty reasonable there. More favorable and tasty than in any other shop I know. It´s my favorite shop for such things. It´s a family-run shop. A man with his woman and son. I’m on very good terms with them and always if I go there we have some nice talking. I like that so much and it is such a difference to many other shops. … Continue reading Turkish tasty Bulgur Salad

This will be rather a short status update and I do think there won´t be much blog posts next days maybe weeks. It´s midnight and still hot like in africa. Well, the news said the air is actually coming from africa. There is no breeze and the air moisture and temperature makes me sick. It´s like somebody is crushing my head … Continue reading Midsummer? I feel sick!

Never Mess Around With Me. I´m a Lolcat!

The son of my mother´s husband did send me a pretty good photo of his cat. The overall quality of the image was not that great but I changed the image to black and white with Photoshop because I know that this effect can improve the quality of slighty overexposed photos. I also added a little bit more contrast and also made some gamma corrections. I think the photo is now a little bit more respectable. He caught his own cat in the right moment. His cat gave a yawn and looks like he took the photo in the right … Continue reading Never Mess Around With Me. I´m a Lolcat!
