The photo above is my entry to the recent photo challenge. I thought I could use one of my bird photos for the theme “gathering”, although I shot the photo by the end of summer. I want to write about my cat Shyna and the third day in our temporary home. At the time I write this, we are already here for five or six days, so, the reports about my cat are a little bit delayed. As I said in my first post about our new temporary home, my cat did rub her nose on the plastic of the transport box during the drive. You can see the nose injuries in one of the photos above, but it looks already a little bit better now and it will heal. When she started to explore our room the second day, I also noticed that she started to eat and drink and that is good, because she didn’t do that the first day as she was stressed. So, here comes a small update,… I moved out of my apartment, at least for a while. This is just temporary, I will go back to my apartment. As I mentioned some time ago, my uncle got some health problems, and he felt better after a while, but over the recent weeks he got some bad symptoms, but the doctor said the symptoms will disappear. Here is a plant photo that I shot by the end of summer in a local school garden. The original photo was really bad, with extreme highlights, but then I noticed that the plant was not too much overexposed, only the rest of the image. I cropped the plant out, got closer on that way, and decreased the exposure a little bit for correction. Even that close, I was happy to see that the plant was just a little blurry, and that I could fix this with sharpening and a little amount of clarity.
