I am cooking every day now as I rediscovered the benefits. Some days ago, I made fried potatoes with fried eggs and somehow I wanted to eat green beans too. Apart from many other sauces, I had this delicious cream sauce in my kitchen cupboard. I wondered if it would taste good if I just through the green beans into the sauce and did that. Damn, I remembered that my mother once did the same and I just rediscovered how fantastic this combination is. Simple But Tasty

Above is also one of my favorite meals. And it’s a simple one, which doesn’t mean that it isn’t tasty. It’s potato puree with spinach and fried eggs. A fairly cheap meal. I often eat this when I want to put more bank notes into my piggy bank than planned. And I don’t feel bad about it because as said, it’s delicious. I love eggs, and I love spinach and potatoes. Here is a photo of fried potatoes with fried eggs. I did probably mention it a tons of times on my blog, but this is one of my favorite dishes. It’s so simple to prepare, even a lazy cook like I am can do it, but that doesn’t mean that it isn’t tasty. I do also like it with fried onions, then it’s extra delicious. I am pretty much sure I posted photos of this dish quite often on my blog, because it’s one of my favorite dishes. Mashed potatoes with spinach and fried eggs, that is a fairly simple dish, even an untalented cook like me can prepare it. I know a lot of people who use a convenience product, a potato puree powder, you just boil water up, then you mix in the powder and milk. The dish above is also quite tasty. Potatoes, cucumbers, string beans and fried eggs. Again cooked by the husband of my mother. I think I should convince him of creating a blog about German dishes. But he is grown up in East Germany which means he can´t speak English as he learned Russian back at that time.
