Here is a photo of fried potatoes with fried eggs. I did probably mention it a tons of times on my blog, but this is one of my favorite dishes. It’s so simple to prepare, even a lazy cook like I am can do it, but that doesn’t mean that it isn’t tasty. I do also like it with fried onions, then it’s extra delicious. Sometimes I also eat it with ketchup, but that totally depends on my mood (laugh). I bet my whole blog is already plastered with fried potato photos.
