Swimming Sport


I still go running but there are days when I have aching muscles. But I dislike the idea to do nothing at days when my legs can’t run. So, I had the glorious idea to look for an alternative sport so that I can fill these days. Staying Fit


Mixed salad, mixed post. Yeah, it’s great to have two reasons to create a blog post. First reason was that I found the image above in my library and I like the way how I cropped it. Tasty French Fries For The Almost Flat Belly


Today I went to a takeaway with my mother because we got the idea to eat french fries. My mother wanted them with ketchup and I got mine with mayonnaise because I love mayonnaise. It was very tasty, and I just allowed myself to eat it. As I previously mentioned, I had the plan to make more sports and to shrink my belly by doing so.
