This week I had to visit one of the authorities and I really dislike bureaucracy, but on the other side it’s good because I can use it to take a walk in the morning. I think I mentioned it quite often on my blog in the past. I really dislike too warm weather. Not that I dislike summer but I really prefer it if it´s not too warm. We had some rainy days over the last week or days that were not too warm but from one day to the other the weather changed drastically and now it is hot, really hot and the air moisture is maddening. We had and still have good summer weather here in North Germany over the last days but yesterday came a storm up and we had rain in the evening. I saw those dark clouds and wanted to take a photo but then I also saw the water drops on my window and wanted to check out my point and shoot camera and the macro mode again. From one day to the other the weather changed from rainy weather to hot weather. It´s at the moment very warm and I really dislike to eat warm dishes when the weather is so warm. I prefer colder dishes as salads then. One of my favorite salads is the Bulgur salad that the woman of the Turkish fruit dealer creates.
